Retail Buyer Responsibilities
- Support franchise and assortment health through precise buy, assort, and trade decisions across physical retail.
- Partner cross-functionally to execute seasonal and event-driven assortment strategies end-to-end.
- Analyze weekly business performance and surface actionable insights and trends.
- Execute assortment planning tools, templates, and system deliverables with accuracy.
- Maintain samples, tools, and operational processes to ensure smooth seasonal execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven retail store buying experience with strong product and merchandising intuition.
- Passion for soccer and deep understanding of the associated consumer landscape.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated financial, analytical, and trading acumen within a retail environment.
