Internal Auditor Responsibilities
- Execute internal audit and internal controls testing activities, including documentation, walkthroughs, workpapers, and evaluation of business processes and controls.
- Partner with finance, accounting, operations, and business stakeholders to assess risk, identify process improvement opportunities, and communicate audit observations.
- Support operational audits across multiple business units, including reviewing business processes, testing effectiveness, and participating in site visits as needed.
- Assist with audit reporting activities, including summarizing findings, preparing recommendations, and participating in audit kickoff and closeout discussions.
- Contribute to special projects involving enterprise risk, compliance initiatives, and other strategic audit-related assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, or a related accounting/audit function.
- Exposure to SOX/internal controls testing and public company environments preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels of an organization.
- Willingness to travel to client locations to support both compliance and operational audit initiatives.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
