Our client is seeking a driven Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where analytical rigor and business partnership go hand in hand. This individual will bring exceptional attention to detail, strong business acumen, and the ability to transform complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role is on-site in Redmond, Oregon. Candidates must be located in Central Oregon and available to work in the office.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reporting, including COGS printed mass reporting, units shipped reporting, sales by customer reporting, and PRISM reporting across multiple business divisions.
  • Track and analyze inventory and purchasing activity, including built plate and powder inventory reporting, powder purchasing log reporting, and TTM pricing analysis.
  • Support month-end close activities through financial reporting preparation, reconciliations, variance analysis, journal entry support, and financial data validation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, financial models, and executive-ready reporting, including capital expenditure tracking and reporting for leadership review.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, engineering, and leadership to fulfill ad hoc reporting requests, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and financial processes.

Financial Analyst Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 0–2 years of financial analysis, accounting, reporting, or related experience, including internship experience.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience creating financial reports, dashboards, or analytical models; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, QuickBooks, or similar reporting tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Salary: $75K-$85K/year Bonus. (DOE)Benefits
