Design Technology Associate
Position Summary
The Design Technology Associate supports the configuration and implementation of digital solutions, contributing to the development of structured project and employee systems. This role blends visual and analytical thinking, managing tools such as Smartsheet and Igloo to facilitate workflows, documentation, and internal training.
This position reports directly to the Chief Process Officer.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Excel or Smartsheet, including use of formulas and syntax
Preferred:
- Experience with Miro, Mural, or similar diagramming platforms
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
- Experience facilitating solution workshops
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Core Responsibilities
Solutions Configuration
- Collaborate with leadership and managers to define challenges and objectives
- Facilitate workshops to establish solution strategies
- Build, review, document, and deploy solutions
- Conduct training sessions and communicate changes or updates
Client Structure Management
- Set up and maintain client structures and intranet resources
- Manage client-specific brandmarks
Project Structure Management
- Define and implement project and program structures with account managers
- Maintain project structures and integrate client milestones
- Process project creation and intake tasks
- Manage task list submissions, drawing standards, and due diligence materials
- Support the maintenance of master checklists
Employee Structure Management
- Set up and manage employee-related systems
- Provide formatting support for personal dashboards
- Facilitate administration and training task structures
- Manage profile photos
Staffing and Reporting
- Process staffing sheets and reports daily
- Maintain firm-wide reporting structures
Additional Responsibilities
- Curate and manage knowledgebase documentation
- Manage site permissions within the Igloo platform
- Conduct training sessions and broadcast announcements as needed
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
