Responsibilities

• Opening and closing contracts for dealer courtesy transportation units.
• Review Loaner agreement and rules with customers prior to use.
• Familiarize with General Motor Guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Create Lyft and Shuttle reservations for customers as needed.
• Maintaining organization of Courtesy Transportation Fleet for use
• Assist with various clerical duties as needed (filing, phones, etc.)
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for communicating efficiently
  
  
  

Qualifications

• CDK experience preferred not required
  
  
  

Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve

High school diploma or equivalent

Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service

Reliable transportation to and from work every single day

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
