Automotive Billing Clerk - Franchise Dealer

Vandergriff Chevrolet, in Arlington, TX, is looking for an Experienced Billing Clerk to help process our growing sales volume!

Job Responsibilities:

• Audit car deals for compliance with corporate documentation standards
• Verify that all required documents are completed and signed properly
• Process paperwork promptly and accurately
• Review and verify Sales Commissions
• Verify sales reporting and finalize rebate submissions
• Issue lien payoff checks and submit them to financial institutions
• Reconcile monthly schedules
• Perform various other accounting functions as needed

• Professional appearance and attitude
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends at the end of the month
• Experienced in CDK and prior billing experience preferred
