Requirements

• 4 years of Residential and/or Commercial HVAC experience
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills (non-negotiable)
• Proven ability to communicate repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA Type I & II certification (Universal preferred)
• Comfortable with background screening
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call rotations, and occasional weekends
