About the Role
The Literacy Coach for Children will provide individualized, evidence-based instruction that seeks to leverage the unique strengths and interests of students while intentionally targeting their greatest areas of need. This role involves working closely with fellow interventionists and teachers to develop and implement daily curriculum and individual education plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in elementary education or special education required.
- Master's degree in a related field preferred.
- Work experience with elementary aged students and students with dyslexia are highly desired.
- Orton-Gillingham and/or structured literacy training is highly desired.
