What are the responsibilities and job description for the Morning Lead & Project Specialist position at Vanderberg Cleaning Service, LLC?
Vanderberg Clean is looking to add a Morning Lead & Project Specialist to our team! This person would begin their day by leading our morning and daytime janitorial team and after they would assist with various projects such as post construction cleaning, house cleans and general cleaning projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean janitorial accounts with team members and provide on site training of new team members
- Ensure all accounts are covered
- Ensure quality cleaning is being provided by performing regular inspections
- Refill cleaning supplies as needed
- Work as a team on projects such as house cleans, post construction cleans, etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to work from 6am to 4pm, will vary day to day
- Valid Driver's License
- Punctual, reliable, and committed
- Attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Follow verbal and written directions
- Able to be on your feet for 3 hours per shift
- High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred
