Warehouse Manager

Job Overview:

Vander Vending is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating inbound deliveries, and ensuring accurate and efficient outbound order fulfillment for our vending and micro market routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations from inbound deliveries to outbound distribution
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Pick and prepare orders accurately for route drivers
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout
• Track inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking
• Ensure proper rotation of products (FIFO) and minimize spoilage
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries with vendors
• Work closely with route drivers to ensure accurate loading and product availability
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes and systems for efficiency
• Monitor and improve workflow, productivity, and accuracy

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move products (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lead and take ownership of warehouse operations
