What You'll Be Doing
- Install top-tier electrical systems in new commercial construction and remodel projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics with confidence
- Lead and work independently on job sites
- Ensure safety and code compliance (OSHA, NEC, etc.)
- Troubleshoot like a pro and keep jobs running smoothly
- Help mentor apprentices and guide the next generation of electricians
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician in Michigan
- 2 years' commercial electrical experience, with foreman-level responsibilities or hands-on involvement in running projects.
- Solid knowledge of the NEC
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Your own basic hand tools
- 4-Day Work Week (Mon-Thurs, 10-hour shifts = 3-day weekends every week!)
