Position: Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, on-site
Pay: $17.00 - 26.00 hourly, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of customer calls with professionalism and care
- Listen closely to understand customer needs and schedule service accordingly
- Dispatch service technicians efficiently while monitoring routes and status updates
- Build trust with customers by providing accurate information and clear communication
- Handle incoming emails, schedule updates, and follow-ups promptly
- Support customers with additional products and services where appropriate
Experience We're Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in customer service is required
- 1 years of high-volume call handling experience, preferred
- 1 years of dispatching experience, preferred
