Pay: $75,000 – $110,000 per year (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
Vander Hyde Mechanical is seeking to add an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and estimating.
You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, developing competitive bids, and supporting project success from preconstruction through completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Develop and submit proposals and bid packages
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams
- Track project costs and improve estimating accuracy
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC field experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
