We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Asphalt Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and setup of asphalt paving sites, including moving materials and equipment as needed
- Operate heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and front loader trucks under supervision
- Support paving activities by spreading and leveling asphalt using appropriate tools and equipment
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Support the team in maintaining equipment, tools, and safety gear in excellent condition
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleaguesSkills
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and dump trucks
- Knowledge of asphalt paving processes and construction site procedures
- Familiarity with construction safety practices and protocols
- Strong physical stamina for long hours of manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
