Job Description
VanDemark Co is hiring experienced construction workers, with a strong focus on framers who can also handle a variety of rehab and finish work. We are looking for dependable, skilled individuals to join our growing team in Clermont County, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
Framing (primary focus)
Residential rehabs and renovations
Plumbing and electrical work (experience required)
Drywall installation and repair
Painting and finish work
General construction and job site tasks
Requirements:
Proven construction experience (required)
Framing experience required
Ability to perform multiple trades (rehab work)
Must have own tools
Must have own vehicle and reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
