Facilities and Equipment Specialist

What You Will Do

• Maintain & Repair Equipment — Clean, test, repair, and calibrate mitigation tools (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA units, meters, PPE).
• Manage Tool Rental–Style Check‑In/Check‑Out — Track inventory, document equipment movement, and ensure accountability for gear returning from job sites.
• Prepare Field Teams for Deployment — Stage equipment, load vehicles, assemble materials, and support urgent mobilization for emergency calls.
• Maintain a Mission‑Ready Warehouse — Keep the facility clean, organized, stocked, and aligned with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate Logistics — Monitor supply levels, prepare vehicles, assist with fleet readiness, and communicate clearly across departments.
• Model Ownership & Communication — Follow through, close loops, and ensure expectations are aligned with field teams and leadership.

What You Will Bring

• Mechanical Aptitude — Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment with confidence.
• Warehouse or Tool Rental Experience — Familiarity with equipment flow, accountability, and organization.
• Strong Communication Skills — Clear, intentional communication that keeps teams aligned and informed.
