Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee daily operations of imaging services
- Lead, mentor, and develop radiology staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Drive performance improvement and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree required
- ARRT certification required
- Radiologic Technologist license required
- Progressive leadership experience in imaging services preferred
Compensation:
- $38.47 – $61.56/hour (based on experience)
