Quality Assurance Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the clinical operations along side and under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
- Ensures new nurses receive training on policies, procedures, and proper care of residents.
- Working Leader- Oversees and implements a resident plan of care.
- Working Leader- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluation
Requirements of Quality Assurance:
- RN Nursing License preferred, LPN may be considered
