What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Aide in Training PAID CNA CLASS OPPORTUNITY position at Vancrest of Delphos?

CNA classes are offered at Vancrest of Delphos or through Vantage in Van Wert
$14/hour paid while attending CNA classes with perfect attendance
Hourly pay increases once placed into a full-time or part-time CNA position within the facility
All class requirements and the state test must be successfully completed to maintain employment
Candidates must be willing to accept a 2nd or 3rd shift position (FT or PT) after completing the program
Applicants requesting 1st shift will be placed on a waiting list until a position becomes available

Nurse Aide in Training

We are looking for exceptional individuals excited to start as a Nurse Aide in Training while training to become a nursing assistant, in order to begin a fulfilling career in healthcare.

The job responsibilities of the Nurse Aide in Training includes:
Ensuring that residents' personal care needs are provided for with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and timeliness.
Ensuring that residents' medical needs are addressed through the delivery of quality nursing care.
Maintaining a physical environment in a clean, safe and pleasant manner.
Ensuring that nutritional needs of residents are met in accordance with established care plan.
Performing other related activities as assigned or requested.
