Responsibilities of the AL Director:

Experience working in long-term care or senior living environments

Current Nursing license preferred, but will consider Licensed Social worker or other related degrees

Management experience preferred

- Provide leadership to drive employee engagement and satisfaction among the entire care delivery and ancillary support team, including scheduling and evaluating staff performance
- Facilitate community relations and census development
- Coordinate admission and discharge health assessments for residents and oversee medical records
