Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, WA, for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and technical issues, and providing top-tier service to ensure vehicle safety and performance. This role will work directly with customers as needed to explain repairs, provide recommendations, and deliver an exceptional service experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair, including preventative maintenance and diagnosing vehicle issues
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Proficiency in Field Service and the ability to safely and effectively utilize tools and diagnostic equipment
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- ASE certification is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical training preferred
