Established Oral Surgery Office is looking for a positive, caring, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
We are searching for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow with our practice. Our office is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.
The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, is comfortable discussing recommended treatment plans with patients, and can confidently explain financial arrangements and answer questions with compassion and professionalism. This role also involves following up with patients, helping them move forward with needed treatment, and supporting them through any concerns they may have.
Dental experience is a plus, but it is not required. We value personality, work ethic, fast learning, and a genuine desire to care for patients even more. We are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients
- Help patients understand recommended care and next steps
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
- Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members
- Help create a welcoming and supportive patient experience
