Company Description
VCC is a full service strategic marketing agency catered towards helping general contractors around Vancouver Washington. VCC works with established 7-8 ARR businesses such as Five Star Auto Body, Crown Electric, and Bob's Paint Land. We started may 2025 and have grown to over 250k ARR. We have already formed a strong partnership with all clients and have a combined projected added revenue of over 5mm ARR! Right now it is just Nithya(content creator) and Ben(Owner).
Role Description
This is a 1099 full-time contract to hire 5/15/2026-8/30/2026. Monthly pay will be $3,500-4,550 dependent on work experience and education. You will produce, edit, and publish graphics, video's, and photographic content. You will have access to the full Adobe suite, Canva pro, and a production setup. You will have a $120 a month co-working space stipend and gas reimbursement.
At the end of the contract if it's a good fit for both parties this can turn into a full time role. You must hit all external deadlines and not miss more than 4 internal deadlines a month or I will cancel the contract out of respect for our clients. If your efficient the average weekly workload is ~32-34 hours a week though can get up to 42.
This is a WFH job that will require you to drive to shoots. If the clients are happy, you show up with a good attitude, theirs minimal mistakes, deadlines are met, and the results from their campaigns are high you will have as much room or support that you want from me. You will manage your own time all that matters is that deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and generating written materials for diverse platforms
- 1 year video editing experience(Required)
- 1 year film/photography experience(Required)
- 1 year graphic design experience(Required)
- 3d modeling experience(Preferred)
- Audio engineering experience(Preferred)
- Customer service experience(Preferred)
- Experience with Adobe suite(Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred
Salary : $3,500 - $4,550
