Medical Front Desk **Float Team

Join Vancouver Clinic as a Float Patient Services Representative supporting Washington area locations (possible Portland, too)! Schedule : Varying 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday.

***schedule times can be as early as 5:30am and as late as 11:30pm***

Location : Vancouver, WA area locations ( Portland, OR possible )

Compensation : hiring range is between $18.00-$20.55 per hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Differential Available : Float ($3.00/hour)

Must have excellent attendance! Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care. We require our employees to adhere to our attendance standards, as frequent deviations make it difficult to provide care for our patients and support our coworkers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Pay Range

$16.89 - $23.65
