LPN - Urology

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an LPN for our fast-paced Urology team. Join a dynamic environment where your clinical skills make a real impact! Responsibilities include performing clinical procedures such as catheter exchanges, cystoscopies, cystoscopies with Botox, vasectomies, and prostate biopsies; rooming patients and assisting with procedures; coordinating patient care and communicating clinician recommendations to patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workflow while following established protocols and policies.

Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave - Vancouver, WA 98664) - with flexibility to cover Salmon Creek as needed

Schedule: Monday - Friday four, 10-hour days - 7:00a-5:30p

Hiring range starts at $28.00/hour, and placement depends on an evaluation of experience

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Washington State or Multi-State LPN license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification.

Pay Range

$27.47 - $38.46
