We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our company at our Longview, WA branch to cover the sales territory.
Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative with Vancouver Bolt you are responsible for growing sales and profitably in an assigned territory. You will cover geographic territory covering existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts. At Vancouver Bolt we value our relationships with customers and all salespeople are encouraged to continually strive to develop relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Attain sales and margin goals.
- Develop relationships with key decision makers.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
- Prospect for new accounts in a geographic manner.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability and product uses.
- Develop and implement plans for your sales territory growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the industrial supply industry will receive priority in the selection process.
- The ability to solve problems with an openness for new ideas.
- The ability to communicate and work well with other employees.
- Exceptional client communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
