Insurance Account Representative

Vanclark Insurance Agency, a locally owned independent brokerage in Battle Ground, WA, is hiring a full-time Insurance Account Manager to manage and retain an existing book of business.

This is a service-first role – no cold calling, no hunting for leads. You’ll work with current clients to ensure great coverage, smooth renewals, and occasional cross-selling when appropriate.

What You’ll Do

• Manage an assigned book of insurance clients
• Handle renewals, coverage changes, billing inquiries, and policy service
• Cross-sell when appropriate (optional, not pressured)
• Quote and bind policies
• Communicate with carriers and follow up on underwriting needs
• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
• WA Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech-friendly and comfortable learning new systems
• Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 – $65,000/year

(based on base hourly pay renewal commissions cross-sell incentives)
