You Will Make An Impact By

• Positively promoting Vance Thompson Vision within the communities in which we serve.
• Overseeing and supporting the day-to-day clinical operations, while ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Understanding patient flow and the various clinical support roles and maintaining sufficient staffing levels.
• Developing, establishing, and reviewing clinical operations and procedures in accordance with Vance Thompson Vision policies and procedures.
• Monitoring patient satisfaction and patient feedback for implementing continuous operational improvement.
• Acting as a liaison and facilitating communication between doctors, management, and all team members.
• Evaluating opportunities and making recommendations for capital and efficiency improvements.
• Mentoring, training, supervising and developing staff to achieve high levels of performance.
• Communicating regularly, proactively, and clearly at all levels of the organization.
  
  

You Have

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent. Master of Business Administration preferred.
• A minimum of three to five years’ experience in clinic or healthcare leadership is preferred.
