We are growing, and we are looking for a First Impressions – Atrium Concierge to join our team!

You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Greeting and registering patients in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner.
• Communicating with internal departments regarding patient needs.
• Handling difficult or escalated patient concerns and providing positive solutions.
• Participating in the patient-informed consent process.
• Ensuring the atrium area is clean and visually appealing to patients, and that food items are fully stocked and available at all times.
• Collecting and entering patients’ insurance information into the database.
• Verifying patient insurance information and demographics.
• Collecting payments for drops, surgeries, and/or account balances.
• Exceeding our patients’ expectations through active listening, effective communication, and empathy.

You Have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience helpful
