We are growing and we are looking for a Clinic Supervisor to join our team!

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Supervising the work activities of the team, and delegating tasks to ensure adequate work loads for team members.
- Setting goals and objectives with the team, and mentoring and guiding team members to help achieve set goals.
- Addressing staffing needs and overseeing scheduling of staff to maintain adequate coverage for patient appointments.
- Cross-training and working within clinic settings on a regular basis to stay connected with clinic processes, and communicating efficiencies to clinic managers.
- Building and fostering a positive team environment and promoting a positive work culture and experience.
- Coaching team members on performance in the clinic, and providing feedback on a formal and informal basis.
- Assisting in clinical training for new hires and existing team members, and working with the training team to ensure new hires are ready for success in their role.
- Participating in annual performance reviews by providing feedback and identifying development needs and opportunities for staff.
- Overseeing clinic inventory, including supplies, equipment and prescriptions/drops to ensure adequate stock levels and equipment maintenance.
- Approving time off requests and approving timecards in a timely manner.
You Have:
- Associates degree in healthcare administration, or two to three years’ related experience.
- Certified Ophthalmic Assistant or Certified Ophthalmic Technician certification preferred.
- Previous management experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
