Assist in checking in clients as they enter clinic. Communicate with Nursing and Security Personnel to assist clients in receiving services. Successful applicants with have the ability to be both assertive and non-confrontational in providing feedback and setting limits with clients, the ability to work in a fast paced environment without missing information, be comfortable entering information in an electronic medical record, the ability to process payments accurately and the ability to communicate professionally in person, on the phone and using messaging applications. We are dedicated to helping individuals facing the disease of Opioid Use Disorder so empathy for people suffering the effects of substance over use is also needed.
