Desired Qualifications:
1. Experience as a coach at the middle school, high school, college or AAU level preferred.
- Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or ability to obtain a CDL
Reports to & evaluated by: Principal/Athletic Director, Head Coach
Job Goal: To develop and maintain an efficient and competitive wrestling program.
Essential Duties & Performance Responsibilities:
1. Ability to work with middle school aged student-athletes.
Assists in organizing the Henderson Middle wrestling program.
Assists in planning and carrying out match responsibilities.
Organize, supervise, coordinate and evaluate practice sessions and related activities with
attention to student-athletes' mental and physical well-being
- Provide technical expertise and sound educational methods so as to aid student-athletes to
improve quality of performance
Assists in promoting good public relations.
Assists in evaluating playing personnel
Assists in maintaining and inventorying all equipment.
Assists in conducting team, individual and parent meetings.
Performs other tasks and assumes other responsibilities as The Board of Education, the
Superintendent, Principal and/or Athletic Director may assign.
