Commission-Only Outside Sales Representative – Custom Cabinetry
Vanbert is a custom cabinetry manufacturer with its own factory in Delray Beach and showroom in Boca Raton. We are looking for motivated outside sales representatives who can develop their own leads and bring new cabinetry projects to our company.
Compensation
- 10% commission on cabinetry sales generated by you and collected by Vanbert
- No base salary
- No commission limit
- Estimated annual earnings: $50,000–$200,000, depending entirely on sales performance
- Commission terms will be provided in a written agreement
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through builders, contractors, interior designers, real estate professionals and homeowners
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Meet clients, understand their cabinetry needs and present Vanbert’s products
- Coordinate with our design and estimating team
- Follow each opportunity from initial contact through signed contract
- Accurately register and manage your sales leads
Vanbert provides
- Our own cabinetry manufacturing facility

- Custom and European-style cabinetry
- Design, estimating and production support
- A large selection of finishes, colors and hardware
- Strong production capacity and competitive turnaround times
Qualifications
- Sales experience in cabinetry, kitchens, remodeling, construction, interior design or a related field is preferred
- Existing relationships with builders, designers or contractors are highly valuable
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable generating your own leads
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet clients throughout South Florida
This is a commission-only contract sales opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary or guaranteed income.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
