We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of residential or commercial properties. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all areas.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively, including carpet cleaners and floor care machinery.
• Maintain floors through regular cleaning, polishing, and care to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities when required, including outdoor surface cleaning and debris removal.
• Use appropriate cleaning detergents and supplies while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Communicate professionally with clients or residents to understand specific needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services.
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Knowledge of various cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols related to manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or residents.
• Experience in outdoor work environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining attention to detail at all times.
