Support Analyst (KYC / Fraud Detection)
Location: 800 Prides Crossing, Newark, DE - *4 days onsite*
Duration: End of January 2026 (potential for extension)
Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Analyst (KYC / Fraud Detection) to support a critical data enhancement initiative.
- This role involves updating and maintaining our custodian system to ensure complete and accurate KYC data, as well as managing a repapering requirement.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
They will teach the technical and software stuff:
- Bridger (KYC)
- Lexus
- Homegrown
- Appian (case management tool)
Looking for someone who is:
- Open minded and flexible
- Need someone who can go with the flow
- They have a somewhat “choppy” and chaotic environment, so understanding that things may not be seamless everyday and that they have a “Method to the madness”
- Each person will be trained on everything
- Some of the work can be very repetitive
- A lot of eyes on it from a leadership perspective

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
