Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate, schedule and organize incoming orders for fulfilment and delivery
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Answer and direct phone calls

- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Provide administrative support to the team
Experience:
- Proven experience in clerical and administrative roles
- Strong event planning skills
- Experience in developing training programs
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling calls with professionalism
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to manage calendars and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment operation
- Experience in file management and organization
- Previous experience in team management is a plus
