JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This position will develop compelling graphics for product packaging, point-of-purchase materials, and social media while helping maintain a consistent and polished brand presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling, along with exceptional attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. We are looking for someone who is equally creative and precise—a designer who can develop visually engaging work while ensuring every detail is accurate and production-ready.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design product packaging, labels, displays, signage, and other point-of-purchase materials
- Create engaging graphics and content for social media platforms
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital use
- Review artwork carefully for spelling, grammar, layout, consistency, and technical accuracy
- Assist with product and lifestyle photography, including basic styling and image editing
- Retouch, color-correct, and prepare photography for print and digital applications
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and outside vendors
- Follow established brand standards while contributing fresh, creative ideas
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience designing product packaging, labels, displays, signage, or other retail point-of-purchase materials
- Photography experience, including product or lifestyle styling
- Experience developing graphics and content for social media platforms
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Professional graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with advanced proficiency in InDesign
- Experience with photo retouching, color correction, and image preparation for print and digital applications
- Excellent sense of typography, color, hierarchy, composition, and overall layout
- Extreme attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
- Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and written communication skills
- Familiarity with print production processes and preparing accurate, production-ready artwork
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, and communicate effectively with outside vendors
- Portfolio or relevant examples of work are required for consideration
