RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building and managing the most important asset of our firm: our relationships with our clients, from inception and creative process through ongoing project management and execution
  • Managing all aspects of events and special projects, including comprehensive event concepts, design and creative concepts, logistics, and coordination of all event elements
  • Preparing all client-facing documents, such as concept memoranda, event estimates, sample presentations, floor plans, and timelines
  • Overseeing the overall event budget, tracking expenses, and reconciling the budget post-event
  • Handling new client inquiries and collaborating with company leadership
