**Base pay will be determined by applicants' skills and experience**
Qualifications and Job Skills:
~ Administer medications accurately and in a timely manner, while charting and reporting any resident status changes
~Must be HCA or CNA certified
~Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate with a team
~Current First Aide and CPR license or ability to obtain
~Following the services outlined in each resident's service plan
~Previous experience in a senior care setting or healthcare setting is preferred
~Good attendance and positive attitude is a MUST
