Join Our Growing Team–Associate Attorney (Estate Planning)
Van Straten Law Firm is expanding and seeking an Estate Planning attorney to help serve clients throughout Wisconsin. This is a hybrid position that allows you to manage your own schedule, and offers flexibility to work from home while meeting clients in our Green Bay and Appleton offices.
We are looking for a Wisconsin-licensed attorney with 2–10 years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration and/or Elder Law. The ideal candidate is one who enjoys working directly with clients, is comfortable leveraging technology, thrives in an autonomous environment, and has the entrepreneurial spirit to help grow the Firm.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree
- Active Wisconsin law license
- 2–10 years of legal experience (in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and/or Elder Law)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability/Willingness to travel between offices
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Experience handling client matters independently
