The Site Manager is responsible for maintaining their assigned property to maximize its financial returns in accordance with the owner’s objectives and to ensure that all residents are provided with a clean, safe and well-maintained community.
Duties will include:
- Supervisory
- Oversee Site Maintenance
- Marketing and Leasing
- Financial Adherence
- Administration
- Hiring and Training
- Compliance; Fair Housing, Section 8, OSHA etc.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Min 1 year property management experience
- Working knowledge of personnel, accounting, leasing, maintenance, and resident policies and programs
- 40-hour work week
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office Software
- Excellent Oral and written skills
- Prior sales experience and/or tax credit experience a plus
