Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Complete work orders efficiently and maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and resident service requests
- Assist with unit turnovers and ensure all properties meet company quality standards
- Participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends on alternating weeks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable personal transportation with valid insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness and availability to be on-call nights and weekends on alternating weeks
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous maintenance or property repair experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
