Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role in Englewood, CO for a Family Law Paralegal. The paralegal will be responsible for preparing and filing legal documents, managing case deadlines, reviewing case files and client records, and drafting correspondence. Additional responsibilities include coordinating case management tasks, communicating effectively with clients and attorneys, and supporting managing partner with intake and administrative tasks. Salary range is $65,000 to $90,000 based on relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in family law litigation.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, filing, and managing legal forms and records.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, attorneys, and staff professionally.
• Proven ability in writing and document review to support casework and ensure accuracy in legal documentation.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Ability to calculate litigation deadlines and effectively manage case progress.
• Proficiency with legal software and case management systems is highly desirable.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred; certification as a paralegal is a plus.
• Prior experience in a family law firm or practice is highly beneficial.
