The Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist who is passionate about clinical precision and building long-term patient relationships. The ideal candidate is a clinician who values a "hygiene-first" philosophy and takes pride in comprehensive treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dental care with a gentle, patient-centered approach.
- Treatment Planning: Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans, educating patients on the importance of oral health and systemic wellness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our RDHs and Office Manager to ensure seamless patient flow and continuity of care.
- Diagnostic Precision: Utilize digital X-rays and intra-oral photography to provide clear, transparent diagnostic information to patients.
- Standards of Care: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and ADA sterilization and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid California Dental License (DDS/DMD).
- Certifications: Active DEA license and CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience: Previous experience in a high-quality private practice is preferred, but we welcome talented residents or recent graduates with strong clinical instincts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a calming chairside manner, and a desire to contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
