Van Meter Auto is a full-service automotive repair shop located on the boarder of Mantua & Wenonah New Jersey for the last 20 years. Services range from basic maintenance to high level diagnostics and repairs, servicing company fleets and local customers. Van Meter Auto is looking to add a mechanic ranging from every level (A, B, & C Technicians). Qualified candidates must have a strong education and experience in auto repair or willing to learn. Employees have every opportunity to learn and advance their skill set and pay grade.
Responsibilities
· General housekeeping of personal area
· Practice general safety
· Ability to work efficiently as a team or independently
· Keep detailed notes of repairs and diagnostics
· Provide your own set of basic tools
Qualifications
· Experience (minimum 1 year) or education/training
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Valid Driver’s License
Compensation & Benefits
· $20.00-$40.00/hour
· Depending on candidate’s skill set we offer a flat rate and hourly/bonus programs.
