Roofing Sales Representative

Our top Sales Rep earned over $250K last year. This is a full-time, uncapped commission role with leads, a company vehicle, fuel card, full benefits, and a production team that handles everything after the sale — so you can stay focused on selling.

You’ll Bring:

• Required: Valid Ohio Driver's License, strong communication skills, self-motivation, ability to manage your own schedule
• A plus: Sales or construction background, experience with CRM software, existing network in the area

What You Do:

· Provide a consultative approach to guide customers through the retail sales and insurance processes.

· Communicate with the production team and with customers to ensure an industry-leading level of customer service.

· Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.

· Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client and job information daily.

· Engage in some form of social selling and marketing, i.e. Linked In, Facebook, BNI, etc.
