What You'll Be Responsible For
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, and tolerances
- Fit‑up and preparation of components before welding
- Precision TIG welding of thin gauge stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
- Producing structurally sound, visually clean welds that meet strict quality standards
- Inspecting welds using precision measuring equipment
- Maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on every job
- Supporting teammates and assisting in other fabrication areas when needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of professional TIG welding / fitting experience
- Strong blueprint reading and fitting skills
- Proven ability to pass TIG weld and basic math tests
- High standards for precision, quality, and safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs..
- English‑speaking and authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Experience
Thin‑gauge TIG welding (stainless & aluminum: 0.048"–0.375")
High‑tolerance, custom or precision fabrication environments
Pay: Competitive and based on experience - $ $27.50
