Sanitation Supervisor (3rd Shift | 4-Day Work Week)

$30–$32/hour Full Benefits

We’re looking for a hands-on Sanitation Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for this role.

Big plus: this is a 4-night work week — 3-day weekend, every week.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and work alongside a small sanitation team each night
• Make sure all cleaning is done right, on time, and up to standard
• Run pre-op inspections and own the quality of the work
• Help manage sanitation systems, including schedules, documentation, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards
• Train and coach team members (English/Spanish)
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance to make sure nothing gets missed

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be on the floor with your team, not behind a desk.

What success looks like

• The plant is consistently clean, organized, and ready for startup
• Your team knows what to do and executes without constant direction
• Pre-op issues are rare because things are done right the first time
• Cleaning and documentation standards are consistently met without gaps
• You catch issues early and fix them before they become bigger problems

What we’re looking for

• 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing or food production
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Someone who leads by example and holds a high standard
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team

Schedule

• Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Thursday: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 4 nights per week

Base Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
