What You’ll Be Doing
As a 3rd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician, your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. You’ll tackle a variety of technical challenges involving mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Here’s a closer look at your responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
- Install, assemble, and disassemble mechanical components as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Collaborate closely with team members to complete projects and daily tasks.
- Follow safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
What We Offer:
- Pay: $32 - $38 per hour, depending on skills and experience
- Schedule: 40 per week, Monday to Thursday (7:00 pm - 5:30 am) with occasional overtime as needed.

Requirements
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions for mechanical challenges.
- Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial maintenance.
- Familiarity with both low voltage and high voltage systems.
- Experience with packaging equipment (a plus).
- Welding skills (also a plus).
- Background in food processing or manufacturing industrial maintenance.
- A strong understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- The ability to communicate and operate effectively within a diverse workforce.
