- Manage crew to stay on task; train new employees
- Conduct safety meetings and inspections. Ensure all safety policies are followed
- Journeyman Trade Certification
- Prior experience leading safe projects and on budget
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code and local codes
